1. TELL US ABOUT THE WORK NEEDED
Like any home improvement project, it all starts with a budget. The real estate agent representing the listing begins by completing a simple request for a quote.
2. GET A SAME-DAY ESTIMATE
A Home Improvement Consultant (HIC) will contact the real estate agent to schedule a call to discuss the scope of the project. You will receive a general quote to share with your clients.
3. SIGN NOW, PAY LATER
We will do a virtual walkthrough to finalize the project details. From there, the owner signs a contract for the scope, with zero payment until closing.
4. MEET YOUR PROJECT MANAGER
You will be assigned one of our experienced project managers who will be your point of contact throughout the project. Curbio’s project managers take care of every detail down to the to-do list, saving you time and stress!
5. GET CONTINUOUS UPDATES
No need to frequently visit the property or chase contractors because you’ll have more visibility into projects than ever before! Schedule meetings, track progress, review photo and video updates, and select materials from any device.
